Take your time to review the watch’s specifications, condition, photographs, documentation and anything else included with the sale.
Found a watch you’re interested in?
Read the listing carefully and contact the dealer through GEN if you need any additional information before purchasing.
We encourage buyers to ask questions and make sure they understand exactly what they are purchasing before committing.
When you’re ready to purchase, you’ll complete the transaction through GEN’s secure purchase process.
You’ll also need to create an account with our escrow service and link it to your GEN account.
This allows the relevant payment and transaction processes to be connected between GEN and our escrow partner, helping provide protection for both the buyer and dealer.
If you haven’t already completed this step, you’ll be guided through the process when making your purchase.
Once the purchase is underway, the dealer prepares the watch for dispatch in accordance with GEN’s requirements.
Where applicable, your watch will be prepared using the GENSeal™ system, providing secure, tamper-evident packaging for its journey.
Your watch is dispatched using the appropriate tracked and insured delivery arrangements.
You’ll be able to follow its journey while your timepiece makes its way to you.
When your watch arrives, take your time to inspect it carefully.

If everything is as expected, you can complete the transaction through the platform.
If something doesn’t look right, contact the dealer and GEN through the platform before completing the transaction.
