Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations

Before Dispatch

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch unless otherwise stated on the listing. 
• Custom or made-to-order items may not be cancellable once work has commenced. 

After Dispatch

• Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched except as required by law. 

2. Refund Eligibility

• The item is materially different from the listing description 
• The item is not delivered 
• The item is damaged in transit (with evidence) 

• Buyer remorse 
• Minor cosmetic variations disclosed in the listing 
• Delays caused by buyer unresponsiveness 

3. Return Conditions

• Items must be returned unused and in original condition 
• Returns must include original packaging and accessories 
• Buyer may be responsible for return shipping unless legally required otherwise 

4. Processing Time
