Refunds & Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellations
Before Dispatch
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch unless otherwise stated on the listing.
- Custom or made-to-order items may not be cancellable once work has commenced.
After Dispatch
- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched except as required by law.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued if:- The item is materially different from the listing description
- The item is not delivered
- The item is damaged in transit (with evidence)
- Buyer remorse
- Minor cosmetic variations disclosed in the listing
- Delays caused by buyer unresponsiveness
3. Return Conditions
Where returns are approved:- Items must be returned unused and in original condition
- Returns must include original packaging and accessories
- Buyer may be responsible for return shipping unless legally required otherwise
