Delivery & Completion Policy
1. Delivery Obligations
Vendors must:

Dispatch items within the timeframe stated in the listing

Use tracked and insured delivery services

Upload proof of dispatch to the platform
2. Delivery Confirmation
An order is considered completed when:

Tracking confirms delivery, or
-
The Buyer confirms receipt, or
-
A specified acceptance period expires without dispute
3. Delays
Delivery timelines may be extended due to:

Courier delays
-
Customs inspections
-
Buyer failure to provide required information
Such delays do not automatically entitle the Buyer to a refund.
4. Risk Transfer
Risk passes to the Buyer upon confirmed delivery, unless otherwise required by UK consumer law.
5. Trustap Services
Trustap Services are provided by Trustap.com (“Trustap”) and include Trustap Buyer Protection. By accessing or using Trustap Services on our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
1. You are entering into a direct relationship with Trustap for the use of Trustap Services.
2. Your use of Trustap Services is governed by Trustap’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies. 3. You accept and agree to comply with Trustap’s Terms of Service, available at https://www.trustap.com/terms/ 4. Any updates or modifications made by Trustap to its Terms of Service shall automatically apply to your use of Trustap services without further notice from us. 5. Dispute Investigations and outcome decisions are handled by Gen Watches, in compliance with Trustap’s Disputes, Refunds and Returns policy.
